The U10 girls lost 3-0 at home to Cregmore/Claregalway last Sunday at the Astro pitch while the U18 girls put in an excellent team performance to defeat Colga 3-1 in Clarenbridge with the United goals coming from Laura Cunningham (2) and Caoimhe Reidy. 

The U14 girls (pictured) were unlucky in losing 2-1 to  Colga on Sunday afternoon at Coleman Park. Craughwell went ahead in the first half after a great effort from Tara Stephens was initially cleared by the away defence, before falling to Sarah McCartin whose perfectly measured shot hit the top of the net. Both teams played great attacking football in the second half and Colga equalised on forty minutes. Then five minutes later, a defensive mix up let Colga in for a soft goal to take the lead . Despite huge effort from all the United players, they couldn't get the equaliser their efforts deserved. Emer Mulveen had a great game between the posts while Beth Sullivan and Vada Coleman shone brightest in the corner back positions.
