Craughwell United’s Annual Golf Am-Am took place in Athenry Golf Club last Friday and Saturday in ideal golfing conditions. 

The winning team with a great score of 97 points was Vinny Callaghan, Conor Callaghan, Peter Cloonan and Gabriel Lally. Gabriel also took the longest drive on the eighteenth hole and finished with a birdie to cap a great day. The Nelipak Sealed Air team led by Martin Higgins took second place with 94 points while the Rafterys Bar team took third with 91 points. Ronan Farrell was nearest the pin on the seventeenth. Martin O Neill won the Ping putter draw.
